There are no returns or exchanges on sale, clearance, Pop Up Shop, or discounted items.
Jewelry returns are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in excellent condition within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt and any original tags intact. After 10 days from purchase, there are no jewelry returns, all sales are final. Jewelry items should be returned in the original packaging via an insured carrier. If you are returning by mail or in person, you are required to contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt to confirm you will be returning the item and in order to receive a Return Approval Receipt from us to be included with the return.
Art returns are accepted for store credit or merchandise exchange if returned in the same condition as it was sold within 10 days. If you are returning art, you are required to contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt to confirm you will be returning the item and in order to receive a Return Approval Receipt from us to be included with the return. Art items should be returned to Elliott Yeary Gallery in the original packaging via an insured carrier within one week of the customer’s receipt of the item along with the Return Approval Receipt.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit equal to the amount paid for the merchandise. The return must occur within 10 days of original purchase. To return for store credit or exchange your gift selection, please contact the gallery directly.
The buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Items lost via return shipping will not be issued store credit or exchange.
All returns will be subject to a 10% of purchase price restocking fee.
