Elliott Yeary Gallery prides itself in excellent customer service. Upon receipt of your order confirmation, jewelry will be shipped out the next business day via the selected shipping method. Paintings will be shipped out no later than two business days after receipt of your order confirmation via the selected shipping method. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be contacted immediately via email. An email notification will be sent when the product has been shipped with a tracking number.
No refunds are issued on jewelry returns, store credit only. Within 14 days of purchase and with a receipt, merchandise in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from date of return. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance or discounted items. After 14 days from purchase, there are no jewelry returns, all sales are final. Jewelry items should be returned in the original packaging via an insured carrier.
Special order merchandise is custom made or sized upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Art returns are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in the same condition as it was sold. If you are returning art, you are required to contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt to confirm you will be returning the item. Art items should be retuned to Elliott Yeary Gallery in the original packaging via an insured carrier within one week of the customer's receipt of the item.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
The buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.
All returns will be subject to a 10% of purchase price restocking fee.
